Cocktail hour
The deck faces west.
The deck wraps around the hall on three sides, facing the water and the setting sun. Drinks come out while you are at the dock with your photographer, and the doors to the hall stand open. Bocce and croquet are on the lawn below.
At blue hour the string lights come on over the deck.

The kitchen
A full commercial kitchen, with caterer access from the south parking lot and from the deck. Bring the caterer you want.
Questions
Can the ceremony happen inside?
Yes. The hall takes the ceremony and the reception, with a turnaround between them. It is the wet-weather plan and it is included.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes. Caterers reach the kitchen from the south parking lot. Send us their details when you enquire.
Can we decorate ourselves?
Yes. Open flame must be in enclosed vessels, and nothing may be fixed to the walls without asking.
What time does the night end?
Last call is 1:00 am and curfew is 2:00 am. The venue closes at 2.
Is the hall accessible?
Yes. There are no steps from the parking, and no ramp is needed. The entrance corridor is 6 ft wide and the door to the deck is 36 inches. See accessibility.
How many cars and campers can you hold?
150 cars on gravel under street lights, angle-parked along the road on the south side and at the west end of the lot. Up to 10 self-contained campers can park on the grass west of the hall.
