What it costs
A peak Saturday is $7,950 plus GST. Here is the full ladder, what the price covers, and what it leaves for you to book.

A Saturday from June to September is $7,950 plus GST. That is a venue fee. You choose and pay your caterer, photographer and florist separately.

What the fee covers
The hall, the lawn and the shore, for your wedding alone. The ceremony benches, both arbours, the podium and the signing table are yours to use, and the lake goes quiet for one hour around the ceremony. Our in-house bartenders serve the bar. Your caterer has the full commercial kitchen. The bridal suite is included.
Access runs Friday 10:00 to 18:00 for set-up and rehearsal, Saturday 10:00 to 02:00, and Sunday 10:00 to 14:00. Both days are part of the Saturday price.
Is there a minimum spend?
No. We do not sell you the food, so we have no reason to set a floor under what you spend on it. Ask every venue you tour two questions: what is the rental, and what is the minimum I must spend with you?
What you arrange yourself
Catering, photography, flowers, music and a coordinator if you want one. You hold the liquor licence and supply the alcohol. Your own total depends on those choices and on your guest count, up to 130 seated.
Payments
The $2,000 deposit holds your date. It is non-refundable if you cancel. Otherwise it becomes the damage deposit and returns within 10 business days. Then 50 percent is due 10 months before and the balance 5 months before.

How much does a wedding at Spruce Valley Events cost?
A Saturday is $7,950 from June to September, $6,950 in May or October, and $6,500 for The Ice in winter, plus GST. Friday and Sunday are included with the Saturday.
Is there a minimum spend?
No. We charge a venue fee and do not sell you the food.
What is the least expensive time of year to get married here?
Winter, at $6,500, then a Saturday in May or October at $6,950.
